Man enters –“HISTORY”

It has been a week terrorist Ajmal Kasab was hanged at pune’s yerawade jail last Wednesday. Kasab a 25 year old had convicted and executed for murdering 7 people directly with his AK 47 and 65 in may 2010. He was even found guilty of being part of a lashkar-e-talibe conspiracy that led to 166 deaths along with his friend Ismail. Soon after his death statement many of our country men and women as well other part of the world welcomed his execution and expressed their happiness through social media sits available especially face book, Twitter and blog sites.

When a commoner in Pakistan asked about Ajmal’s dead, he openly said that terrorist must face the same treatment and there are many groups in our country and around the world, who all could be executed says lay man in the country.

It is to note that his death was the fastest execution in India for foreigner and he is also the first foreigner to be hanged in India. In the year 1996 Ramachandra alias raoji was hanged within three years after murdering his family.

This is one part of the story that we have been hearing from different media forums, we also need to analyze the young man not only a man of crime though as human. The Supreme Court I ruled in 1983 says that the death penalty should be imposed only in “the rarest of rare cases”. The government would have concerned his plea in regarding his death sentence because he was being arrested during his adolescence. To be specific he was being involved in Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai attacks during the year 2008 and only person to be alive to be caught by police at the age of 21. If we take a survey to list out people who engage legally or illegally in crime, even then ridiculously many of our honorable would fall on list.

Many of our countries decision comes to an end, when people in authority don’t want something or someone to exist rather to exit. It is to note, citizens face thread to free expression, when they want to discuss something eminent that can help the countries growth.

The saddest of all is that, Even after power and freedom, we citizens have no rights and security because we live in a modern country called in “India”.
