Shopping Malls links media to enrich Business

Chennai is one of the metropolitan city and getting enriched with numerous sources of ideas to make city as a forum of business. The elite shopping malls in the city like Express Avenue, sky walk and Spencer plaza make a contract based business with the popular or existing media who has a positive influence usually makes a presence in the form of advertising video slights. These slight often popularity for a channel as well as a good amount of money, as a fact it is huge profit for a malls owners for rendering a small space. I noticed this issue often a dominant phenomena and new ethics in handling a media as a forum of business rather than a modem of information. We can’t conclude this as an opinion of useless or the crazy business all alone. We make choices and seek information through the available sources such as through advertisements and announcements so that we are well informed of the event to make ourselves aware. If we look back the history of media, a medium of message was introduced only to inform people but today the contemporary culture made sure that only the mass media can be a medium of conveying a product use, So this is how the advertising industry took a root, but media as today all together mainly relays on advertising and the rule of money. Take an example of Pudiya Thalaimurai a recently launched Tamil based channel, which seeks for publicity tries out with new sorts of hand to hands techniques to promote channel as well as make a profit on such advertising campaign on malls and bus stop. Now the question is, will it create a freedom of awareness on new information or competition among people or not...This must be answered and looked into seriously to avoid confusions in a democratic country. Media is a medium dug into various strips of well, such as politics, cinema, sports and community, which is really disgusting to see sometimes the approach and analyze of media as a mediator.
