Stations stuck public to stand in queue

Public find hard time in standing to get tickets in Chennai railway stations, especially officers, students and other workers of the city. It is to note that ATVM(Automatic ticket venting machine) had been introduced  years back to public with an intend to reduce the congested and crowded environment at railway stations. The system was available to public by paying 100 rupees and gets an ATVM sweeper card and had an advantage of getting tickets as easier. This machine is particularly placed from Tambaram to Beach station, providing two machines per each station and continued in all the 17 stations, it was a working well and appreciated by people initially, but right now the conditions are totally faded due to the technical problems and due to lack of care. Today, none of the authorities in each station are willing neither to mend them nor bother their conditions. So it is all totally pathetic and hostile for the people to re use. India is a democratic country, where the problems can be only solved out through the observation of concerned representatives, indeed they must pay an attention to rehab it and provide good environment and suffice to public.
