Chief Minister promotes to integrate her projection

Chennai, M.G.R memorial has been located at marina beach near Anna square, the former late veteran chief minister M.G.Ramachanthiran museum has been inside the memorial, where the present chief minister jayalalitha picture is being highlighted in most of the photos and having lesser photos of M.G.R. It is being observed that honorable chief minister Jayalalitha’s picture has been zoomed and they are technically proved to be recent ones than the actual ones taken in the past. People who observed said that it was a work to resemble and project her picture more than in honoring the late C.M, M.G.R. There are even critics who question, is it because of the new governments action or the workers who were used to maintain in all the past years? It is to note that recently Government announced nearly 8crore and 10lacks will be spending for the renovation work of M.G.R memorial. Speaking to a public especially to students in the madras university questioned stating Why can’t the government take an action to renovate all the other historical buildings and the unfinished government buildings in the city rather than transforming one place to another where the culture and the nature of the history it is being forgotten or lost in a way of shifting?, especially new secretariat which was built by DMK regime. The second question placed was, is there any other politic move behind this issue in promoting her party by renovating this particular memorial? The answer is always a double standard, let’s wait and see.
